We will reach deep into you to strengthen your instrument, expand your creativity and to work with possible deeper blockages in the body or limiting self beliefs through the mind that might be holding you back from your full potential.
The practice of the voice holds a precious power to become a deep mirror to the relationship with yourself.
It invites us to work with daring, trusting and letting things flow in order to release and express it.
An inner journey that goes hand in hand with your personal growth and gets you closer to your powers so that you can come to full expression with your voice!
In this 1-on-1 session
we focus on:
- Vocal Techniques to strengthen your instrument
- Voice Liberation and Spiritual Guidance: forming trust and
- Improvisation Techniques and how to open to Inspiration
- A safe space to explore and connect with your Medicine Voice: stepping out of your Comfort Zone

About the location
My practice is located at a beautiful place up in the north of the country
where you'll be able to integrate your session in our big garden or having a walk by the water in front of the house.
The spacious Workspace has a beautiful energy with a churchy feel and will create a safe bubble for you to experiment and receive your session.
You are mostly welcome to take your space within our sanctuary to integrate.
You can wander around in the garden and/or take a stroll along the beautiful IJsselmeer.

This session will provide many tools to work with on your personal journey with your voice.
This day is of big value to you if you intend to work with your Singing Voice on a regular basis or have the ambition to work with your Singing Voice possibly to guide others within your workfield.

It is possible to book a session once a month. This so you have time to integrate and to harvest your growth from the previous session so we can work with this in a possible next session
Max 4 sessions per month, each week I have a maximum amount of one spot slot open for a student. First comes first served
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 until 18:00
t will be a light vegetarian meal including a Soul Soup, Colorful Salad, Tea and lemonade. Let us know your dietary wishes up front, would love to take that in account
On request I am able to hire a space in Amsterdam, the additional costs that come with this such as travelcosts/ traveltime and the rent of the space will be extra added to the session price. It will also get another format as this is a different environment
